Advantages for you and the environment
As a manufacturer of shipping packaging, we are naturally aware of our ecological responsibility. As part of our development and production processes, we are always working to optimize and conserve resources.
For example, the electricity consumption of our production is largely covered by self-produced solar power. Of course, the purchased electricity also comes 100% from renewable sources. The focus is also on sustainability in the choice of insulation materials. The INNOBox and INNOBag product lines set the standard here. With a specially embossed recycled paper as insulator, a 100% recycled and furthermore renewable raw material is used.
The SMARTLINER and SMARTCOOLER impress with particularly good insulation values and maximum flexibility with regard to customer-specific formats. The insulator is an insulating fleece consisting of 80% recycled polyester fibers. This means that for every kilo of raw material, 17.5 old PET bottles are put to a new use.
Our range of particularly sustainable solutions is rounded off by our water-based coolpacks. Dispensing with the gelling agent allows end customers to simply dispose of the tap water it contains in the sink and recycle the film.
Innobox 20/40 
The sustainable alternative to the conventional polystyrene box.
Our INNOBox is a brand new addition to our range. It is ideal for transporting fresh food and is characterized by an excellent environmental balance. It consists of almost 100% recycled cellulose and is therefore completely recyclable. Since the raw material is also renewable, you can really talk about a completely sustainable solution - INNOvativ and INNOcent.

Smartliner
With the SMARTLINER, we’ve developed a highly cost-effective and sustainable form of insulation – made from recycled PET – for complete boxes. Thanks to added cooling elements, it keeps things cool for over 48 hours. The SMARTLINER is ideal for shipping foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and animal feed.

Smartcooler
The Smartcooler was developed for parcel shipping of temperature-sensitive goods and provides in combination with cooling elements a temperature profile of <4 °C over 30-40 hours transit time at ambient temperatures of 18-30°C. In combination with adequate boxes, it allows combined packing of chilled and non-chilled goods in one unit.
